During many manufacturing processes like welding, soldering, milling or grinding, the air gets polluted with smoke, dust and particles. These very fine particles, some of which are alveolar, spread in the air and get inhaled. As a result, long-term gas and smoke intake may cause respiratory health issues. Welding-smoke particles of chrome-nickel steel is for example carcinogenic.<\/p>\n

To protect the health of employees from inhaling harmful substances, occupational exposure limits were introduced. It is the operator’s obligation to set protection measures as well as regularly review and document them. Without these protection measures it is not allowed to exercise an occupation.<\/p>\n

To meet these obligations we provide mobile, as well as central and stationary Dust Extractors that filter and remove the smoke directly from its source. The machines are constructed according to every specific requirement.<\/p>\n
