During the production of buses for example residues of rivets, washers, cables and other metal parts stay back that need to be removed. Often smaller central extraction systems will be used for this. Residues of liquids get vacuumed directly from the bodyshell before it gets painted. During modern adhesive technologies in vehicle construction residues of adhesive matter get absorbed with powerful DEBUS compressed air vacuum cleaners. For engine productions efficient vacuum cleaners are being used to remove chips and cooling fluid from blind holes. A large number of diverse application purposes for DEBUS vacuums can also be found at garages:<br \/>\nEspecially small and handy vacuum cleaners are needed to remove dust as well as fluids. Special oil vacuum cleaners &#8211; like the DDS 50 &#8211; are suited to fill oil directly into available barrels.<br \/>\nAs a result the time-consuming transferring and funneling of fluids is not necessary anymore. Brake drums get treated with special vacuum cleaners that are capable of handling asbestos dust. Bei der Fertigstellung von Omnibussen zum Beispiel\u00a0 fallen Reste von Nieten, Unterlegscheiben, Kabel und andere Metallteile an. Hier werden h\u00e4ufig kleinere zentrale Absaugeinrichtungen benutzt. Reste von Fl\u00fcssigkeiten werden aus den Rohkarrosserien gesaugt, bevor diese lackiert werden.\r\n\r\nBei der modernen Klebetechnik im Fahrzeugbau werden die Klebstoffreste mit starken DEBUS-Druckluftsaugern aufgenommen.\r\n\r\nIn der Motorenfertigung benutzt man starke Sauger, um Sackl\u00f6cher von Sp\u00e4nen und K\u00fchlfl\u00fcssigkeit zu reinigen.\r\n\r\nAuch in Autoreparaturwerkst\u00e4tten gibt es vielf\u00e4ltige Anwendungen f\u00fcr DEBUS-Sauger:\u00a0 Hier sch\u00e4tzt man kleine, handliche Saugger\u00e4te, die sowohl als Staub- und auch als Wassersauger eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Spezielle \u00d6lsauger - wie der DDS 50 - werden benutzt, um \u00d6l direkt in vorhandene F\u00e4sser zu bef\u00fcllen. Das l\u00e4stige Umf\u00fcllen und Eintrichtern entf\u00e4llt dadurch. Bremstrommeln werden mit speziellen Saugern behandelt, die mit dem Asbeststaub fertig werden.
